Cody Kopilchack stroked a grand slam and a single as Shawnee’s offense blew up for 18 hits to beat visiting Elida in WBL action.  Keith Hefner struck out eight and walked no one for the win for Shawnee (11-1, 3-0). D.J. Caprella went 3-4 with a double and three RBIs, Tyler Gallant went 3-3 with three RBIs and Hefner tripled. David Gerad was 3-4.  Matt Hampshire and Steven Swick pounded a home run each for Elida (2-6, 0-3). Steven Swick doubled twice.
