CELINA — Laura Homan was in the zone Friday.  Celina’s pitcher was outstanding in the circle and turned in the game-winning hit when she roped a double with one out in the bottom of the eighth to score Audrey Harner for a 1-0 victory and a key Western Buckeye League softball win over Shawnee on Friday.  Celina is 10-2 overall, 5-0 in the WBL while Shawnee is 10-4, 4-2.  Homan also pitched an outstanding game for the win. She struck out 18 and walked none in the complete game, three-hitter for the Bulldogs.  Miranda Foster doubled for Shawnee, which also got a nice pitching effort. Chelsea Ligenfelter went 7 1/3 innings, fanning 13 and walking one.
