Wapakoneta has won the 2015-16 Superior Credit Union All Sports Trophy. This is the second straight Superior Credit Union All Sports Trophy for Wapakoneta. In the 2015-16 school year Wapakoneta won eight WBL championships in Football, Girls Tennis, Boys Swimming/Diving, Boys Bowling, Girls Bowling, Boys Track & Field, Softball and tied for first in Wrestling. Wapakoneta did not finish any lower than sixth place in any of the 20 WBL Sports. Finishing second was Celina with Ottawa Glandorf third.
Points are awarded for each sport according to the conference standings. Wapakoneta had the highest point total over the 20 sport school year. First place is awarded 10 points, second 9, third 8, etc. Celina won Girls Track. Other multiple championship schools were Ottawa Glandorf with four championships in Boys Soccer, Volleyball, Girls Basketball and Girls Swimming and Defiance with three championships in Boys Cross Country, Girls Cross Country and Baseball.
